EPITAPH - My Fading Soul -

El escritor y su esposa fueron un dúo literario aclamado, con él dando vida a las ideas de su amada. Tenían fama, fortuna y reconocimiento, hasta que ella falleció a causa de una enfermedad terminal hace tres años. Desde entonces, las obras de El escritor han sido un fracaso absoluto; carentes de originalidad, plagiando descaradamente a otros autores, resultando en textos planos y aburridos.

Un día, al darse cuenta de que su nueva creación es tan mala como las anteriores, observa un cometa cruzar el cielo y formula un deseo: que su esposa regrese, para así recuperar su antigua gloria. Sintiendo asco por su propio anhelo, se retira a dormir, pero un ruido lo despierta. El cometa resulta ser un meteoro, y al salir, descubre que el mundo ha cambiado; sus escritos han cobrado vida, y todo se ha transformado en una amalgama de sus obras. Al salir al nuevo mundo, el escritor pierde su color y su voz, y ahora debe encontrarlos de nuevo.

Si todos sus personajes y escritos son reales, ¿significa eso que su esposa también ha vuelto a la vida? Después de todo, la protagonista de su último libro estaba inspirada en ella...

ENGLISH:

The Writer and his wife were a renowned writing team, with him bringing her ideas to life. They enjoyed fame, wealth, and recognition until she succumbed to a terminal illness three years ago. Since her passing, the Writer's works have been abysmal failures; devoid of originality, shamelessly mimicking other writers, leading to dull and uninspired narratives.

One day, realizing that his latest manuscript is just as disappointing as the previous ones, he witnesses a comet soaring through the sky and makes a wish: for his wife to return so he can reclaim his lost glory. Ashamed of his own desire, he goes to bed, but a sudden noise jolts him awake. The comet reveals itself to be a meteor, and when he steps outside, he finds that the world has transformed; his stories have come to life, and everything has merged into a chaotic blend of his creations. In the process of entering this new realm, the Writer loses both his colors and his voice, and now he must work to recover them.

If all of his characters and stories have become real, does that mean his wife has come back to life as well? After all, the main character of his latest novel was inspired by her...

Esto originalmente comenzó como un mod de BS2, pero como no sabía usar RPGMVX entonces todo quedó en nada. Algún tiempo después, un amigo me regaló RPGMMV, e hice un proyecto de prueba inspirado en BLACKSOULS. 

Luego compré una tableta, comencé a dibujar. Así que, tomando otro proyecto que estaba haciendo con un amigo, resucité las ideas viejas de mi "Fan mod" y aquí está mi juego. Todavía tengo muchas cosas que mejorar, y el proyecto puede evolucionar lo suyo. 

Está totalmente inspirado en BLACKSOULS y muchas más cosas que me gustan, pero también tendrá algunas mecánicas inspiradas en Fear & Hunger. 

Originally, this started as a mod for BS2, but since I didn't know how to use RPGMVX, it all went nowhere. Some time later, a friend gifted me RPGMMV, and I created a test project inspired by BLACKSOULS.

Then I bought a tablet and started drawing. So, taking another project I was working on with a friend, I revived the old ideas from my "Fan mod," and here is my game. I still have many things to improve, and the project can evolve quite a bit.

It is entirely inspired by BLACKSOULS and many other things I like, but it will also feature some mechanics inspired by Fear & Hunger.
